Stimulus

by Sage Employee ConnieC on 07-27-2009 09:50 AM - last edited on 07-27-2009 09:50 AM

There is so much talk about the government and economics lately and people talking about the stimulus. Politics aside, I’d like to hear from you… the small business owner. Now more than ever, many small businesses are seeing the importance of increasing customer engagement: keeping lines of communications open, increasing company web presence, and tracking satisfaction scores, etc. Are you focused in these areas as well? If so, what’s working and what is not?

Have any of you seen any successes as a result of the stimulus efforts? Are there other changes you’ve made or noted to get through these difficult times? Have recent events suppressed your entrepreneurial “spirit” or just encouraged you to work even harder and take advantage of new opportunities?

Hi, Mike.

Thanks for your response.  Sounds like you have had many experiences (probably good and bad) over the last year.  I think we've all grown personally and professionally through this economic downturn.  I hope you have a great 2010.

Connie
